DIY Book Mark Making Competition Conducted on 14.08.25

The Aksharaalaya club of K.L.Mehta Dayanand College For Women organised a DIY Bookmark Making Competition on Thursday 14th August 2025 in the college library. The competition was inaugurated by Respected Principal Mam.
Principal, Dr.Meenu Dua mam appreciated the club members for taking initiative to organise the competition and blessed the students with her inspirational words and wished them good luck.
30 students from various streams actively participated in the competition.
Dr. Veena Pani singh , Dr. Nupur Srivastava and Ms. Samina graced the event with their presence.
Dr. Sudesh Kumari and Dr. Pragati Chitkara judged the students on the basis of their creativity.
Ms. Harshita yadav from B.SC biotechnology final year and Ms. Khushi from BBA second year hosted the event.
1st position was secured by MS. Supriti Patra B.Com 1st year, 2nd Position was secured by Ms.Soumya BA final year and MS. Akansha BCA 2nd year, 3rd position was secured by Ms.Sneha BA 2NDyear and Ms. Sanjana BA third year. Consolation prize was given to Ms. Khushi BBA 2nd year
Convener Ms. Abhilasha Tyagi ,Ms Madhuri Shukla , Ms.Sonam and co-convener Dr. Nupur Srivastava and Ms. Samina coordinated the event .
President – Ms . Saima , Joint president – Ms. Harshita yadav , vice President – Ms Mansi and Ms. Sneha Joint Vice president- Ms. Palak and Ms. Khushi , Seceratory- Ms. Janvi and Ms. Kangna, Joint Seceratory Ms. Gunjan & Nisha were Present during whole event.
