About

The Alumni Association is an integral part of relationship of students with their alma mater. The purpose of organizing Alumni meet is to strengthen the connectivity of students’ community in order to build up a network of eminent students and to provide a platform to alumni for academic, social and cultural interaction. It fosters a spirit of loyalty and promotes the general welfare of the organization. An engaged alumni network allows our college to benefit from the skills and experiences of our graduates, by offering their support to our students.

The inception of College’s Alumni Association took place on 11th of April 2022 as “ALUMNI ASSOCIATION OF KLM DAYANAND COLLEGE   FOR WOMEN”

Prior to 11th April 2022 the college used to conduct informal Alumni Meet. The periodical meetings of the alumni include discussion on ways to improve the academic environment, employment opportunities and mentor the students of the college for higher education.

Objectives

The objectives of “ALUMNI ASSOCIATION OF KLM DAYANAND COLLEGE   FOR WOMEN” are:

• To keep a roster of all alumni of College and their pertinent data.
• Maintaining the updated and current information of all Alumni.
• To encourage, foster and promote close relations among the alumni themselves.
• To promote and disseminate information regarding their Alma Mater, its graduates, faculties and students to the Alumni.
• To assist and support the efforts of K.L. Mehta Dayanand College for Women in obtaining funds for development.
• To guide and assist Alumni who have recently completed their courses of study at K.L. Mehta Dayanand College for Women, Faridabad to keep them engaged in productive pursuits useful to the society.
• To provide a forum for the Alumni for exchange of ideas on academic, cultural and social issues of day by organizing and coordinating reunion activities of Alumni.
• To let the alumni acknowledge their gratitude to their Alma Mater.
